146 - Days of Daniel
Letter from the Editor:
Nearly every spring over the past 20 years, our company has engaged together in an extended season of fasting starting in March. During those times of consecration, the Lord has faithfully encountered us with strategic dreams and prophetic insight. We are eager to share with you the divine intel that we are receiving. Revelation, however, demands participation. Therefore, the Lord has drawn us into a 21-day period of focused intercession over His purposes for Israel and the Middle East. We invite you to consider fasting with us until Passover and setting aside time each day for Communion and prayer. These are historic days of shaking in which the Church of the West is joining with the prayers of the underground Church in the East. Together may we break the bonds of wickedness in Iran and loose the gospel to the ends of the earth.

Days of Daniel
In recent weeks, we’ve been gripped with the storylines of Mordecai and Esther, as well as that of the prophet Daniel. All three served under pagan kings, shifting empires and dethroning principalities. Their bones remain buried today in the soil of Iran, right in the center of our current cosmic conflict. Meanwhile, their examples have inspired and instructed God’s people throughout the generations, demonstrating spiritual warfare that directly impacts earthly events.
Recently, Lou was revisiting a past dream in which angels, shining like stars, were performing surgery on his stomach. One of them lit the book of Daniel on fire and sealed it into his belly. A storm then arose with tremendous lightning and thunder. God was revealing Himself as “the God of Thunder” from Psalm 29. At that point in the dream, many young people began gathering to Lou, all wearing t-shirts that said, “The Sons of Thunder.”
When Lou noticed the date of the original dream, he was stunned to see that it was March 6, 2009 — exactly seventeen years prior to that very morning. He was so stirred by the sense of being in another Daniel-type season, that he asked the Lord to give Chris Berglund a dream about Daniel. Later that day, when they met together, Chris relayed the following:
In his dream the night before, Chris witnessed the Magi presenting their gifts to the newborn Messiah. He noticed that they were wearing linen tunics with golden sashes—both priestly and kingly attire. They were called “the keepers of Daniel’s dreams and prophecies.” In the dream, we were called to be “keepers of Daniel’s dreams and prophecies” in our time.
When Chris awoke, he understood that the Magi were functioning as priest-kings in the Order of Melchizedek, just as David and Daniel had modeled. This also confirmed to us what theologians have long postulated about the Magi being trained by Daniel to discern the stars and understand the prophecies that predicted the coming of the Messiah. It also speaks to us concerning the responsibility of the ekklesia in our day to likewise discern the times and exercise our priestly and kingly roles in preparation for the second coming of the Messiah.
In another dream, Chris saw a swimmer’s clock move to 11:11. Then he saw millions of women arising in the Middle East as the Bride of Christ. He knew they would need to rise into their priestly and governmental authority in order to evangelize and rule within their nations for God’s purposes to be fulfilled.
We see this dream as a connection to Genesis 11 regarding the redemption of the nations. We also perceive a direct connection with Romans 11:11 concerning mass salvations among the Gentiles in order that Israel would be provoked to jealousy. We believe we are entering the fullnes of the time of the time of the Gentiles—not only because of the masses entering the kingdom, but also through the maturing of the Body of believers into the fullness of our inheritance, where we rule and reign with Him as did Daniel, Esther, and Mordecai.
Daniel was told to seal up his words until the end. Could this be the time of the unsealing?
We believe we are in days like Daniel’s, where there is war in the heavens against the Prince of Persia. The enemy seeks to change times and seasons and to prematurely drive us into world war and Jacob’s trouble. But it is not yet that day.
This day we fight.
Therefore, let us harness the explosive revelation that we’ve received and focus on the following prayer targets over the next 21 days between now and Passover.
Prayer Targets
1. Gird President Trump to fulfill his role as a Cyrus — Isaiah 45
To subdue nations and open the way for the gospel to run globally
To support the right leader for Iran’s new regime
To strengthen the U.S. to maintain a unipolar global system that holds back World War III until the missions movement has run its course to reap the harvest
2. Pray Jeremiah 49 over Iran
Decree the breaking of the bow of Elam regarding Iran’s military and current regime
Pray to establish the throne of God in that region through the rising ekklesia
Pray for a new government to be established in Iran that is friendly to Israel and allows freedom of religion for its people
Declare freedom for the captives of Iran
3. Pray to break the power of antisemitism — Esther
Pray for demonic ideologies and schemes to be exposed
Pray that the power of witchcraft would be broken
The hanging of Haman and his seven sons — disempowering Hamas and other jihadist forces and leaders perpetuating evil toward the Jewish people
Partake in daily Communion and exalt the blood of Yeshua over the dragon of Revelation 12 and the swallowing up of the river spewed from his mouth
4. Open the gates to the gospel across the Middle East — Psalm 24:7–10
Restrain world war (Daniel 7) and ekballo laborers into the mission field
Pray Acts 4:29–30 for the many converts to spread God’s Word swiftly
Declare that now is the time of harvest for Israel and for the Gentile nations
Declare God’s favor and mercy over Israel — Psalm 102:13–17
