THE BRIEFING 019 - THE 2.22 TURNAROUND
Then I will set the key of the house of David on his shoulder,

In May of 2017, Chuck Pierce prophesied in Washington, DC that the next 10 months would be filled with turmoil for the nation and for our president. However, Chuck saw that after these 10 months there would be a significant turnaround and we would move into three years of breakthrough!
While pondering this word, Cindy Jacobs counted 10 months from the time of Chuck’s prophecy; it brought her to February 22, 2018. Knowing Dutch Sheets’ prophetic backdrop with the number “22” and how Isaiah 22:22 relates to governmental authority, Cindy was struck with revelation. She prophesied to Dutch that he was to gather the intercessors in Washington, DC on February 22nd to relaunch the “Appeal to Heaven” and release the turnaround that Chuck had prophesied.
Cindy went on to declare that pastors, intercessors and prayer leaders from around the country would come and help. She felt specifically that Lou Engle was to play a key role alongside Dutch. Upon hearing this prophetic swirl, Lou immediately felt the unction of the Lord and shared it with our team. We all agreed that we should postpone our previous plans for 2/22 and partner with Dutch in DC for a national turnaround.
Around this time, Chris Berglund had the following dream:
Lou and Dutch had a sound system being loaded onto a van to be taken to DC. The journey was 14.2 kilometers. In the dream Lou and Dutch had covenanted together to lead the nation from captivity to freedom. The license plate of the van was DSN222, which stood for Decrees Shifting Nation(s) and the driver of the van was name “Ruler”. Behind his back were several sets of keys that would be given after this assignment was completed.
Chris understood a few things from the dream: (1) he knew that what would happen in DC on 2/22 would indeed help to shift this nation; and (2) he was aware that 14.2 kilometers represented Exodus 14:2. In this passage, Moses was leading Israel out of bondage from Egypt when God told them:
“Turn back and camp before Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea; you shall camp in front of Baal-zephon, opposite it, by the sea” Exodus 14:2.
The fascinating thing here is that God was not only baiting Pharaoh, the ruler of Israel’s physical enemies, but He was simultaneously dealing with the spiritual principality Baal-zephon, the god of the sea and storm. Presently, in America, we find ourselves in a similar confrontation with ancient spirits. We’re convinced that once again God is about to show Himself as the unchallenged, unconquerable One of History through the Ephesians 3:10 Ekklesia.
We recognize this 2/22 moment as a manifestation of God’s verdict concerning America in accordance with Daniel 7:22, The Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom.
Therefore, knowing the times and the determinations of His heart, let us take up our rod of authority and release the following decrees on earth as it is in heaven.
DECREE A RETURN TO FIRST LOVE
Jeremiah 2:2 Go and cry in the hearing of Jerusalem, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord: “I remember you, the kindness of your youth, the love of your betrothal, when you went after Me in the wilderness, in a land not sown."'
This is a time for encounter with Jesus - to return to that fire of first love. Let’s declare this over our own lives, families and communities.
DECREE THE ENDING OF ABORTION AND RAISING UP OF DELIVERERS
Jan 22 (Roe v Wade) and Exodus 1:22 So Pharaoh commanded all his people, saying, “Every son who is born you shall cast into the river, and every daughter you shall save alive.”
Exodus 2:2 So the woman conceived and bore a son. And when she saw that he was a beautiful child, she hid him three months. AND Exodus 3:2 The burning bush!
Declare the breaking of Roe v Wade. Pray the LIFE band prayer. Declare the shifting of 4 more judges - that they resign, reform or be removed. Declare that deliverers like Moses will arise to end abortion.
CALL FORTH A WORLDWIDE FAST TO USHER IN THE LATTER RAIN
Joel 2 and Acts 2 And He will cause the rain to come down for you - the former rain, and the latter rain.
DECREE THE UNITY OF THE CHURCH AND OUTPOURING OF THE SPIRIT
Acts 2:1-2 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
Ephesians 2:22 And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.
DECREE GOD’S PURPOSE AND PROTECTION OVER PRESIDENT TRUMP
Daniel 2:22 He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him.
Pray for the exposing of any lies and subversive plans arrayed against the president. Decree that he will perform all of God’s pleasure while in office (including the appointment of pro-life judges, establishing of Jerusalem, etc.) Isaiah 44:28. Decree that every demonic scheme to entrap or impeach him would come to nothing. Declare a hedge of protection around the president according to Isaiah 44.
Isaiah 44:25-27 “I am the Lord, ...Who frustrates the signs of the babblers, and drives diviners mad; Who turns wise men backward, and makes their knowledge foolishness; ...Who says to the deep, ‘Be dry!
CALL FORTH THE HEALING REVIVAL WITH SIGNS AND WONDERS
Acts 2:22 - Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know
Decree the Jesus Movement, Jesus the Evangelist, the healing revivals, "stadium Christianity", signs and wonders!
